Pullulan Capsules have the following unique features over HPMC Capsules (standard Vegetable capsules)
- Excellent oxygen barrier properties, Pullulan capsules protect 250 times better against oxidation than standard HPMC capsules and 9 times better than gelatin capsules - great for oxygen & water sensitive products.
- Pullulan Capsules are especially suitable to protect sensitive ingredients like plant extracts or anti-oxidants and pharmaceutical active ingredients.
- Pullulan capsules offer superior protection of encapsulated substances and can prolong the shelf life of the capsules considerably.
Nominal expiration date of the capsules is five years.
