Is the filling machine dishwasher safe?

The styrene capsule filler will melt in extremely hot dishwasher cycles, especially if your dishwasher has internal water heating components - even on the top shelf. Your capsule filler, accessories and parts should be hand-washed in sudsy warm water. A small brush might be helpful in cleaning inside the holes.

Suggestion: Use a Filler to ensure you get the same amount of product in each capsule

(fillers are used commercially in most capsules & pills, only you can choose one you are happy with if you do it yourself)

You can put a small amount like 20mg of a product evenly in each capsule regardless of capsule size as even #4 capsules will fit many times that much.
Mix different products together and get a known amount in each capsule.
Buy one size of capsules and use for all your different products.

How to do it?

Pick a filler that complements your product.or if you can use some sort of dry fiber/protein powder etc. Fluffy/sticky powders like wheat flour work but can be more difficult to use than say rice flour. A few hundred mg of any of these won't add anything to your diet.
Put capsules in the machine and then add 50x the amount of your product you want into the capsules, e.g. if you wanted 100mg of product you would put in 50 x 100mg = 5g, it doesn't matter if it's even as you are going to pour it out again, you are just measuring this time.
Add filler until all the capsules are full & level.
Tip this out and measure the weight - let's say it was 10g, As you put 5g of product in you now know you used 5g filler to fill capsules to level. This means now each time you just measure out 5g of product & 5g of filler, mix well and it will evenly fill the 50 capsules. It also means it doesn't matter what size capsules you use as long as they are big enough.
