Size 00 is a mid size ~ 0.91ml or about 23mm joined
"00" size Capsule fits approx 500 - 700mg depending on the powder

Pullulan is produced by fermentation of natural plant extracts. Its 100% natural and made without the use of any harsh chemicals!

Pullulan Capsules have the following unique features over HPMC Capsules (standard Vegetable capsules)

  • Excellent oxygen barrier properties, Pullulan capsules protect 250 times better against oxidation than standard HPMC capsules and 9 times better than gelatin capsules - great for oxygen & water sensitive products.
  • Pullulan Capsules are especially suitable to protect sensitive ingredients like plant extracts or anti-oxidants and pharmaceutical active ingredients.
  • Pullulan capsules offer superior protection of encapsulated substances and can prolong the shelf life of the capsules considerably.

Nominal expiration date of the capsules is five years.

The capsules are manufactured in accordance with GMP and ISO 9002 regulations and without the addition of ethylene oxide or sulfites.
