"00" size Capsule fits approx 500 - 700mg depending on the powder

Standard HPMC Capsules - If you get something in Veggie capsules from the Chemist or supplement store they are most likely HPMC capsules.

Clear Vegetable capsules consist of only two ingredients: HPMC and purified water.

HPMC or Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose -- is derived from vegetable cellulose. 100% natural, these capsules contain no preservatives, gelatin, wheat, animal by-products or starch.
